A reminder
Cadillacs aren’t as “cool” as ze germans nor do they have the perceived reliability advantages of the Japanese. They are going to suffer many many years for the sins of old GM unless they noticeably undercut their competition and bring new buyers into the fold

An ATS-V coupe, in white, with the Recaros, but not the carbon stuff is one of the few new cars I’d buy if I could. They’re wonderful to sit in, nice to see out of, and just feel like the right size in a sea of massive cars

I’ve sat in an ATS before, and I think it’s nice. Except for the cheap gauge cluster. There is no excuse for that.

It’s all made of the cheapest imaginable piano black rigid plastic—I hope you like fingerprints and dust. I do like the seats though.

Maybe I’ll get to Turo one someday. The only thing I remember aside from the gauges is that I thought the leather dash panels could use some more padding under them. I like my leather surfaces to feel just a bit more plush.

And this is something which I will buy once both my bank account and the depreciation effect have reached equilibrium. I don’t care that the reviews place it down on the list of its competitors, or that CUE is terrible and stupid. It has an acceptably overwhelming amount of check marks in the “yes” column to compensate.
